Bakehood is an online marketplace that connects home bakers with customers. We provide the platform for transactions but are not a party to the agreements between bakers and customers.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may place orders without creating an account. Guest orders are tracked using order secrets sent to your email.

As a customer, you agree to:
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products from the baker. The baker may accept or decline your order.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.
We charge bakers a platform fee for each transaction. This fee is automatically deducted from the order total.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual bakers. We recommend contacting the baker directly for any order modifications or cancellations. Bakehood may facilitate refunds but is not responsible for issuing them.
Bakers are solely responsible for the products they sell, including quality, safety, and compliance with food regulations. Bakehood is not liable for any issues with products purchased through the Platform.
